The Marketing Manager will help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the Company competitive and innovative. This will be done by managing marketing initiatives and identifying emerging markets, market shifts, trends, demographics, & competition status.
Moreover, it will be vital for her to act as a Brand Manager, as well, possessing the knack for enhancing a brand, increasing its value and performance, developing its image, and positioning it compared to that of the Company’s competitors. She is well attuned to the audience’s need in line with the times.
The position requires close collaboration with the sales department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical, organization, and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Highly creative & artistic;
- Excellent problem-solver;
- Effective multi-tasker;
- Keen sense of foresight;
- Has at least two (2) years' experience in branding and marketing;
- Preferably female.
