Job Description
- He / She will be responsible for management of data sets from different tools and properties.
- Can handle multiple conversations and should work closely and directly with all stakeholders.
- Someone who’s passionate about marketing and providing a first-class customer experience that can engage PayMaya customers, drives revenue and builds brand loyalty
- Must be data-driven, critical think, and organized.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in business and marketing related areas.
- Minimum 2 years experience in google analytics, google tag manager, marketing analytics, and customer segmentation.
- Preferably with a background of project management.
- Ability to develop presentations with deep insights, technical content and recommendations to customers by analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journey.
- Good spoken and written in local language and English
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel)
- A problem-solver in finding solutions to move customer numbers to a positive angle and able to think from the perspective of a user.
