Job Description

The HR Admin Supervisor is responsible for providing HR and admin support to ensure that the whole company runs smoothly. She will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and other facets of Human Resources. He/she will be directly reporting to the Managing Partner

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of Compliance System report and suggest improvements if needed.
  • Provides client supports in official social media platforms used by the company for company publicity and recruitment.
  • Assist visitors and client calls with high level of customer service satisfaction.
  • Monitors/issues proposal, job and client code to operations and coordinate any pending proposal code needed for action.
  • Endorse all the approved proposal letter/s to Billing and Collection Associate for billing preparations and delivery.
  • Consistently records and maintains all approved proposal letters both in physical and electronic records
  • Submits on-time and accurate daily time reports of employees to Accounting as a basis of Payroll computation.
  • Provides the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding such as job posting, system encoding, orientation and hiring documentation.
  • Creates and implement different employee engagement activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related field is required on this position.
  • Resourceful, proactive and has interest to serve people.
  • A team-player, fast learner and shall be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Has at least 4-6 extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Keen to details and has outstanding analytical and organizational skills
  • Responsible, trustworthy and can work with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
