Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Finance Admin Manager is responsible for providing direction to the Company's finance and accounting, settlement, confirmation, human resources, and administrative support functions. He/ She shall report to regional CFO and local Managing Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance, Accounting & Settlement

  • Supervises all financial processes to ensure accuracy of financial information
  • Ensures all transactions are recorded with accurate parameters into Oracle in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensures all sub-ledgers and customer accounts are accurate and reconciled with general ledger.
  • Ensures all reporting targets are met on time and in full.
  • Approves and signs vouchers, purchase orders, cheques, and online payments and other documents in accordance with delegated authority.
  • Ensures all statutory reports are completed on time and in full in accordance with reporting timetable.
  • Ensures annual renewal of business permits, tax registrations and a book of accounts
  • Prepares management reports to provide and support the needs of the business
  • Reviews and finalize Annual Financial Statements and other Audit reports
  • Reviews and prepare bi-monthly Trial Balance for Risk-Based Capital Adequacy (RBCA) computation review.

HR and Office Administration

  • Oversees benefits and payroll administration for employees
  • Maintain and monitor the completeness of employee’s records and other confidential information
  • Prepare employment contracts and monitors contract maturities
  • Oversees maintenance of office premises
  • Other related tasks that may be assigned by the Managing Director

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least five (5) years of relevant financial and accounting experience as Finance Manager or equivalent position.
  • Has working knowledge in Oracle Financials
  • Has good command in managing a team to attain common goals
