Job Description

The Customer Care Specialist is a vital part of the Operations and Marketing Lead-to-Revenue units. The position is responsible in developing the relationship between Marie France Group and its prospects. The primary responsibility is to qualify inquiries that are currently generated by different marketing and online campaigns and be able to develop leads and opportunities from various sources.

Responsibilities:

  • Meets or exceeds monthly qualified lead quotas.
  • Follows-up diligently on leads and inquiries, delivering a positive customer experience throughout the process.
  • Builds and cultivates prospect relationships by initiating communications.
  • Conducts follow-ups to move opportunities into the sales funnel.
  • Does outbound telemarketing activities through targeted accounts, prospect list, and other call campaigns.
  • Provides a personalized response to all calls and inquiries about the company's products/services received in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle bookings and follow-ups of clients
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of any 4-year course from a reputable school/university
  • At least 1-2 years related experience in Inbound/Outbound Sales, e-mail Marketing, Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive to conduct outbound contacts
  • A "Hunter" personality with a drive to reach and exceed quota
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
