KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
TRAINING
Pre-Training
1. Prepares logistical requirements for all training activities and ensures its completeness at all times.
2. Coordinates training schedules and requiremetns with concerned participants and their respective divisions, departments, units, centers and branches.
3. Coordinates with and assists external consultants with the preparation and administration of various external training programs.
Training Proper
1. Assists the Learning & Development Officer in conducting training programs such as but not limited to Corporate Orientation, Professional Image Enhancement, and Basic Center Orientation.
Post Training
1. Assists the Learning & Development Officer in the documentation of feedback, training activities, and program evaluations.
2. Maintains the training library of learning materials, and ensures that it is updated from time to time as may be deemed necessary.
3. Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
1. Closely coordinates with the Customer Experience Team, Operations Deparmtent and different centers for the roll-out of the Customer Experience Program to ensure seamless execution.
2. Sources, negotiates and contracts with suppliers, makes comparative studies and cost effective recommendations for the products / services to be purchased by the company.
