Job Description
- Supervise work activities of housekeeping staff to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms in the centers.
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
- May take periodic inventories and train new employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 3 years solid experience in the same capacity from the hotel or service industry, a definite advantage
- Seasoned expertise in housekeeping management
- Has the assertiveness and leadership skills
- Possess strong sense of professionalism
- Ability to effectively deal with different levels of the organization and with high level of customer service
- Has above average organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila
