Job Description
- Provide second-level support for assigned production-related application incidents within established service level requirements and/or coordinate support needed with vendor.
- Minimize the occurrence of application incidents by investigating, analyzing, developing and implementing corrective measures as directed
- Perform maintenance or tuning of the applications as directed
- Deliver application service catalogue requests
- Work with Service Delivery Division personnel to transition application services
- Develops technical design documents.
- Codes programs to support the requirements documented in approved requirements documents and/or technical design documents.
- Performs unit testing verifying test results; Provide technical support during systems/systems integration testing of Service Quality Division testers and user acceptance testing where applicable.
- Prepare application for implementation according to the change control standard.
- Trains, as necessary, other programmers on application functionality and features
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years experience as a developer
