Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all processes/transactions/decisions are in accordance with established Bank policies, credit requirements, and that the required turnaround times are met
- Gathers the following data and verifies information through phone checking: residence, business, trade, employment, bank, credit and other related checking, as assigned by superiors
- Feeds validated information into the ILAPS, ensuring that all ratios have been reviewed and client loan exposure (within and outside of the bank) factored in
- Conducts bank statement analysis to validate the borrower’s financial status and cash flow, as needed
- Analyses the financial capacity of the borrowers, as needed
- Attends to credit inquiries of other banks
- Prepares reports, as requested by superiors
- Actively participates in Service Quality initiatives and ensures that satisfactory ratings in such initiatives are attained
- Ensure ethical behavior, professional conduct, and quality of interaction with customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
- Preferably with financial and/or banking experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
