Cash Management Services Assistant


Job Description

Responsible for the accurate and prompt cash transfers/deposit pick-ups for clients and as necessary, performs cash transfer to and from Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and replenishments of offsite/selected onsite Automated Tellering Machines (ATM).

  • Attends to requests for cash/check deposits pick-up by clients and other branches.
  • Ensures cash pick-up and delivery are properly recorded and acknowledged by the client.
  • Ensures accuracy of cash/check count, accomplishment of Cash Transfer Slips and other transaction documents evidencing proper turnover to the designated cash custodian of the unit.
  • Loads and replenishes cash in the assigned off-site Automated Teller Machines (ATM).
  • Assists the Head of Cash Transfer Section in preparation of cash to be delivered to clients and other MBTC branches
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business rated course
  • Willing to do field-work
  • Keen to details
