Job Description
- Prepare work orders for service provider for outsourced mintenanace of vehicles and mechanical equipment.
- Assists in the coordination with accredited providers on the maintenance requirments of the vehicles.
- Consolidate and submit weekly vehicle PM/CM reports.
- Encoding of service provider's billing (weekly/monthly basis)
- Prepare monthly vehicle inspection report and summary.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 2 or 3 year computer-related course (Computer Technology, I.t. Computer Science)
- Must be proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience in a fleet of vehicle operation and maintenance is an advantage. High regard to safety and safe working practices and care for the environment. Care for and properly manage all assigned tools, equipment, facilities, materials supplies, stocks and inventories under supervision.
- Must be willing to stay beyond working/shift hours until works are duly completed and accomplished.
- Must be willing to do field work with regular exposure to dirt, noise, heat, sunlight, wind and rain, or any other potential hazardous substances.
- 24/7 "On Call" service particularly during emergency and/or exceptional cases where operations and maintenance of Toll Operations would be affected.
- Good ethics, dedication on th job and a modest team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with staff at all levels.
- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and to meet strict timelines.
- Required to work on any shift during normal days, holidays and weekends.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Required to maintain a clean, neat and safe environment of the assigned work station and site work areas at all time.
