It is the builder-concessionaire and operator of two major expressways that link Metro Manila to North and Central Luzon: NLEX and SCTEX. Stretching over 190 kilometers, the NLEX-SCTEX facilities operate 24/7 accommodating more than 200,000 motorists per day.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with different teams to gather data for research purposes
- Assists in the creation and editing of needed documents for negotiations
- Coordinates with different parties involved in project/acquisition deals

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications
- Must have at least two (2) years of business development and brand management experience
- Experience in maket research and conducting feasibility studies is required
- Background in property or real estate management is a definite advantage
- Amenable to work in Caloocan office
