- Work closely with Developers, Visual Designers, Product Managers, Marketing, Engineers and others to define and improve the User Experience of the blanja.com website.
- Perform user research and observation of user tasks, integrating these findings with business requirements to transform the user’s mental model into the user interface.
- Prototype designs to represent the User Interface (UI) and user research of the model iteratively integrated into the UI design of the solution.
- Provide insight and vision to the team based on researching user needs.
- Doing Competitive Audit, Heuristic Analysis and doing Quantitative Survey, A/B Testing and also Accessibility Analysis.
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and visual mockups and also building interactive prototypes using front end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years or more of UX experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Experience in designing within Agile Development Methodologies.
- Design innovation; mobile design; creative design patterns.
