Job Description

  • Manage IT service team to deliver exceptional It service for employees and end-user who needed
  • Solving IT problems effectively and efficiently
  • Be the sytem administrator and subject matter expert in managing applications not limited to office applications, email services, sms services, DNS, Domain, digital certificate
  • Aplly IT service management best practice and contribute to current business operations and performances
  • Mantain cost efficiency and IT budget (opex and capex)
  • Coordinate with procurment team for each procurement process
  • Carefully choose, manage, and maintain relationship with It vendor
  • Position and transform It in order to meet future business needs
  • Service desk, incident management, request fulfillment, cahnge Management, problem management, service catalog management, service asset and configuration management, knowledge management, service level management.
  • Maintain consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and business continuity requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduated with bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline
  • three years relevant experiences as IT governance and IT service management in financial services or e-commers industries
  • AT least one years experienced leadership skill manage IT governance and service team
  • Good leadership skills
  • Committed to the job, a good team player who has good interpersonal skills
  • recognized : IT control frameworks and standars (e.g, COBIT,ITIL,CRISC,ISO 31000,NIST)
  • ITIL and service management knowledge and experience a plus
  • strong oral, written skills and clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the massage
  • Proven knowledge able of information technology systems, infrastucture and operations
  • Develop and use collaborative relationship to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
  • Experienced Administrate and operating tools/software:
    • Google Admin and Gsuite to manage google solution for office
    • Microsoft Office 365
    • DNS (eg. dnsmadeeasy)
    • Domain (eg Godaddy)
    • Antivirus (eg. Symantec)
    • Cloud (eg. AWS)
    • Email and SMS provider/gateway
    • Costumer service sotware (eg. Zendesk)
    • Digital certificate
    • Project tracking software (eg. JIRA, Trello)
