Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides pro-active assistance to Sales groups
- Ensures that all requests for services are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Monitors and tracks all Sales activities
- Supervises the monitoring of all Client Invoices for payment
- Maintains accurate detailed records, quotations, and confidential files.
- Assists the Sales Group and VP, Admin in the review of Contracts
- Prepares Weekly Sales and Revenue Forecast

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field from a reputable college/university;
- At least 1 year of working experience as Administrative Assistant (experience in the Financial Services industry is a strong advantage);
- Has strong knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures;
- Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain confidentiality and take initiative;
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized and assertive;
- Has in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite especially MS Excel;
- Can work under tight timeline and manage competing priorities;
- Has keen attention to detail and a strong concern for accuracy ;
