- Manage calendar and schedule of Marketing/Sales Team
- Assist team members with coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
- Answer and screen phone calls, responds to general inquiries and take messages.
- Prepare necessary reports as required.
- Coordinate the preparation, printing, distribution and archiving of promotional materials and brochures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Studies/Adinistration/Management/Marketing Secretariat or eqivalent
- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge in an administrative role is advantage
- Knowledge in a marketing role and customer service
- Ability and experience in analyzing data and recommendations for action would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can start ASAP
