Call Center Agent Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the clients, try to know their concerns
- Facilitate sales of all products and services according to the client's needs
- Ensure a premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call

Minimum Qualifications
Travel Agent Qualifications:
- At least finished high school
- With good English communication skills;
- Candidates with call center experience are preferred but not required.
- Or with at least 6mos of GDS experience
