Job Description
The Human Resources Officer for Compensation Benefits is responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Human Resources specializing in Compensation and Benefits and HR Administration.
- Knowledgeable on Philippine Labor Laws.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent People skills and organization.
- Flexible and agile.
