Merchandising Coordinator  

SALES ADMINISTRATIVE

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues;
• Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in trade (general/retail) key accounts;
• Set sales targets with sales and marketing team and set budgets;
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales & merchandising team and monitor the achievement of sales objectives;
• Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals;
• Create sales policies and procedures;
• Evaluate performance of sales & merchandising staff and provide feedback, support and coaching to the team;
• Generate timely sales reports;

MERCHANDISING

• Provide training, development and orientation prior to deployment of merchandisers;
• Model a positive customer service spirit, providing customer service and model superior service techniques for merchandisers;
• Supervise and coordinate activities for specific store/s;
• Provide information and communicate effectively between merchandisers and stores with Sales & Marketing Department;
• Gather and review submitted reports by merchandisers.

• At least 3 years experience iMerchadising and Modern Trade - supermarkets, CVS, and drugstores.

• Ability to execute business plans for key customers and customize marketing programs to meet local needs of customers.

• Experience in managing and monitoring of trade marketing and sales initiatives. In-depth customer knowledge and established relationships are a must.
