The Scorch Graduate Experience Program is a paid graduate program that offers candidates a placement within the PPC / SEM / Adwords team / Outreach/SEO. As part of this team, you will be exposed to Google Adwords and all its related technologies as well as participate in managing digital marketing campaigns. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are seeking a career in the fastest growing marketing channel (and the most exciting!).
Successful candidates will be given up to 6 months of opportunity within our program where they will be evaluated for full-time employment.

- Create audience profiles to help brands deliver their message to the right market
- Create reports and analyze numbers to influence data-backed decisions
- Be trained to manage paid search accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- Confident and well spoken
- Has impeccable English
- Strong work ethic
- Has exposure to Microsoft Excel (as a minimum)
- Bold & seeking genuine career development
- Graduating by the end of the program or fresh out of university with no previous work experience preferably with a background in Art/Design/Creative/Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
