Job Description

  • A supervisor but needs to do more admin work. Male or Female
  • Answer guest inquiries for reservations and event bookings
  • Scheduling of staff
  • Input orders in POS
  • Check food storage and food handling in the store
  • Check if customers are satisfied with their food orders, beverages, and service provided
  • Maintain restaurant standards and ensure that they are always being practiced
  • Inspire team to do their best and follow standards
  • Monitor and guests needs and handle request and handle complaints
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Presentable and well groomed;
  • Food and beverage product knowledge;
  • Strong organizational skills amd ability to multitask;
  • Ability to work long hours a day, and night including weekends and holidays;
  • A passion to learn, teach, and drive improvement in employees
