Job Description
- Respond to student queries via email, office hotline and on campus

Update and maintain statistical reports (scholarships, etc.) each semester/year as needed

Assist in internal and external events, talks, etc.

In-charge of new student applications for admission

Maintain the database and report progress updates of student applications

Assist inter-departmental requests
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication or alike
- A minimum of one year experience in the customer service field is a plus
- Abiity to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Good communication skills
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in keyboarding and file maintenance
- Open to fresh graduates
