Motion Graphic Designer and Editor  

The Motion Graphic Designer & Editor is responsible for creating, editing, and designing all types of videos for company use externally and internally such as FAQ's, interviews, slideshows, internal office video presentation, short clips etc. Work with raw camera footages, video clips, photos, sound, music, and graphics and add special effects appropriate to the video concept.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate project with supervisor, writers and US team and gathers all the material needed for the video project
• Create and design video and add special effects, sound, and music appropriate to the concept and or topic for Mercola websites as well as internal office use
• Serves as video editing and designing consultant and troubleshooter.
• Performs other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Fine Arts, Computer Science or equivalent
• Preferably with three (3) years’ experience in Motion Graphic Design and Editing.
• Experience in communications production work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience
• Must be fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and sound editing software
• Experience in 3D animation and sound editing is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide variety contacts and clients
• Experience working with a virtual team is an advantage
• Strong attention to details.
