Marketing

• Will provide direction/strategy and lead execution of marketing which include marketing plans, initiatives, events, workshops and social media and anything else that falls under marketing.
• Will monitor the work of Marketing and Business Development departments to ensure quality and recommend improvements to same.
• Will coordinate with all marketing and market intelligence-related agencies to develop business-building plans and initiatives.
• Administer everyday working of all marketing depts and prepare various marketing strategies for Mercato B2B and B2C businesses.

Business Development

• Help get more vendors to join the market, expand the number of revenue channels for the market, build the network of the market, and all other things related to business development for both B2B and B2C .
• Assist to prepare all strategies for sales and marketing clients b2b and b2c and forecast all budget requirements.

Operations and Finance

• Will design all departmental targets and evaluate all staff performance at various meetings and develop and implement an efficient staff training programs as per requirement.
• Administer everyday operations for organization and provide support to all operations projects and supervise working of all multifunctional project teams and manage all financial and administrative activities.
• The role entails monitoring all projects and prepare schedule of all work within required timeframe and coordinate with resource managers and supervisors to evaluate all approvals. Analyze all projects for future programs and recommend improvements to all business policies and procedures and prepare all budget reports and coordinate with corporate accounting service center for same. Assist all customers to formulate all policies and plan all managerial activities for services and ensure smooth functioning of all organization.
• Analyze and implement policies and procedures, oversee short- and long-term business plans and initiatives and help in budgeting activities. They interact more often with a company’s personnel than the general manager and may even respond to and resolve internal and external grievances.

• Graduate of Business Management or related course
• Experience in the food or food court industry preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in business and financial management, planning and supervision
• Minimum three (3) years of experience working with board of directors and committees
• Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrates ability to manage and supervise a staff team
• Must have effective problem-solving and mediation skills
• Demonstrates ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting.
• Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations
