Job Description
- Establishment and maintenance of project central filling system.
- Ensuring effective site communication (incoming and outgoing mails, telephone service, fax, couriers, mailbags, etc.)
- Ensuring effective clerical and secretarial functions, word processing and general office systems and procedures (including filing, distribution and database recording)
- Responsible for the regular updating of the documentation logs and ensure that all pertinent records are kept securely.
- Responsible for the issuance of document numbers.
- Securing closeout document and ensuring those are electronically archived as well
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree
- At least a year of experience working as a Document Controller
- With good communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to details and organized
- Willing to work in Ortigas
