Job Description
- Head and support a team of Real Estate Executives
- Take charge in directly marketing, promoting & selling the projects of the Company through advertisements, open houses and participation in various sales & marketing initiatives
- Determine annual sales goals and plans by implementing marketing strategies and results - Establish good relationship with clients.
- Meet required sales target on a quarterly basis
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- With Bachelor's/college degree in any field
- Has good oral/written communication skills
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience in Real Estate
- Has excellent communication, presentation, networking, negotiation and customer service skills
