- Conceptualize marketing communication programs while integrating project management strategies ensuring efficient planning and effective execution of all proposed programs and brand strategies
- Oversee and monitor all public relation executions and ensuring all communications are aligned with the overall brand strategy
- Develop a strong digital and social media campaign for the company
- Strengthen and promote the brand presence of the projects and the townships
- Facilitate internal and external marketing communication campaigns
- Represent the company in different affairs and prepare necessary presentation material
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or any related course.
- Familiar with Adobe applications
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Programs including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Pleasing personality with an innate desire to improve and learn
- A strong creative mind with a passion for being innovative
- Has flexibility, a ton of initiative, and strong in project management and execution of strategies
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
