This position is primarily tasked to:
- Conceptualize marketing communication programs while integrating project management strategies ensuring efficient planning and effective execution of all proposed programs and brand strategies
- Oversee and monitor all public relation executions and ensuring all communications are aligned with the overall brand strategy
- Develop a strong digital and social media campaign preferably a series-type of campaign that would leave a long-lasting positive impression about the Company
- Strengthen and promote the brand presence of the projects and the townships
- Provide marketing support to all the staff sections and the sales teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Programs including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Pleasing personality with an innate desire to improve and learn
- A strong creative mind with a passion for being innovative
- Has flexibility, a ton of initiative, and strong in project management and execution of strategies
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
