- Implement effective practices related to recruitment and training of Property Executives
- Supervise sales team to ensure target quota is met
- Manage team compliance with company policies and provisions as stated in the company’s Code of Ethics
- Market and Sell Megaworld Pampanga
- Participate in all marketing and business activities organized by the company
- Assist the needs and concerns of clients
- Attend to inquiries, requests, and concerns of potential and existing buyers
- Prospect clients, negotiate, and close sales
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- With Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
- Has at least 5 years of extensive experience in Real Estate Sales on a managerial level
- Has excellent communication, presentation, networking, negotiation and customer service skills
- Must be skilled in Sales Planning and Execution
