- Design and implement a recruitment plan that would involve personal visits to job fairs and recruitment events.
- Create job descriptions.
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
- Develop assessments for potential and current employees.
- Track recruitment and selection process and metrics.
- Review applicant's database and provide trend analysis.
- Use strategic analysis to identify untapped candidate pools.
- Generate monthly and yearly recruitment report.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Statistics, or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection.
- Extensive sourcing experience and with wide network in the industry.
- Knowledgeable in Google Platforms, Statistica, or other analytical tools.
- Skilled in: HR Systems, Research, Sourcing, Interviews, Recruitment, and Selection
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical reasoning and creative problem solving skills.
- Able to organize and prioritize work on a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing business environment.
