- Attend to internal (agents and other department) and external clients (walk-ins and brokers) customer related issues and request such as computations, layouts, blocking of units, AR and sending of emails.
- Update and monitor availability charts of Pampanga project.
- Draft and issue acknowledgment receipts.
- File, monitor, and secure AR’s, checks, arlog sheets, other documents, and cash payments.
- Handle check credit and cash payments.
- Monitor AR logsheet and send email report to Supervisors.
- Monitors receiving copies of ARs and return checks.
- Implement showroom rules and regularization.
- Train newly hired SSA and monitor their progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly guest list report to Sales Managers and VP.
- Handle web and phone inquiry probing, endorsement to sales team, and monthly reports to marketing group.
- Handle Zipmatch and Lamudi inquiries, endorsement to sales team, and monthly reports to marketing group.
- Validate the details from web inquiries like live chat, Zipmatch, and Lamudi before endorsing to sales team.
- Assist Marketing on real time Facebook chat inquiries.
- Monitor live chat.
- Assist and probe clients in real time.
- Support marketing and sales team during events.
- Facilitate on HR training to newly hired agents regarding SSA functions and showroom policies.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
- Preferably with one to two years of experience in a documentation role.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible, highly motivated, and committed.
