- Initiate calls for phone invitation regarding sales applicant interview.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for Property Consultant and Senior Property Consultant positions.
- Be in charge of endorsements to 2nd interviewer such as Sales Managers and Sales Directors.
- Endorse the Property Consultants, Sales Managers, and Sales Directors who passed the interview, for training
- Prepare appraisal, sales production report, and contract renewal of qualified agents for extension.
- Facilitate the initial interview to all applicants for staff positions in the department.
- Endorse the shortlisted applicants for final interview.
- Assist in coordinating with payroll and HR regarding attendance validation.
- Act as a marshall for corporate attire and knowledge checks.
- Assist marketing team in all Sales generating event of the department
- Initiate routing duly filled out sales agent clearances to both external and internal department for processing.
- This also includes monitoring of the routing.
- Coordinate with different institutions especially universities when it comes to Job Fairs.
- Perform tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree/College graduate.
- At least 1 year work experience.
- Good interpersonal, communication (verbal/written), and organizational skills.
- Attention and keen to details.
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
- Can start ASAP.
