Job Description
- Develop sales programs and marketing campaigns to achieve target quota of the division
- Supervise the functions of assigned Brokers Liaison and Broker Relations Officers
- Oversee Broker Relations Officers in presentations and negotiations with and for brokers, selling partners, and referral partners
- Check project information provided by Broker Relations Officers
- Assist broker and/or clients of Broker Relations Officers
- Establish a good partnership with the accredited brokers.
- Assist in the reservation process for partner sales when needed
- Maintain division growth by accrediting new brokers and keeping them active
- Handle listings of partners and necessary reports such as daily and monthly brokers, clients, and sales reports
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Has Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker
- Must have at least 2 years selling experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager
- Must be skilled in Sales Planning and Management
