- Assist the Marketing Manager and keep track of her schedule and meetings.
- Coordinate with the Vice President's Executive Assistant in ensuring that all pertinent documents are signed.
- Process cash advances and payment endorsements.
- Ensure that all cheques are released on time.
- Transact with the head office accounting personnel for cash advance queries and clarificiarions.
- Perform filing and documentation of Marketing and Training files and contracts.
- Assist in setting up / ingress during marketing events and activities.
- Facilitate and request marketing materials for the department.
- Perform other related tasks from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 2-year or 4-year Business course.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
