- Look for network and maintains sourcing contacts
- Create and implement sourcing strategies in accordance to recruitment requirements
- Manage job postings and search job portals
- Headhunts and make cold calls, call outs to qualified applicants for interview
- Work with internal team to assist in all sourcing efforts
- Source and schedule candidates for all recruitment openings
- Manage trackers and recruitment reports
- Perform other duties assigned by the management
- End-to-end recruitment process
- Responsible for setting up and coordinating interviews
- Do initial interviews
- Coordinate requirements and results of background investigation
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related is required for this position.
- Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making skills
- Proven experience in sourcing qualified candidates
- Extensive sourcing experience and with wide network in the industry
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to organize and prioritize work on a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment
