Job Description
- Works closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Administers payroll and maintaining records relating to staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 3 years working experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any Related Courses
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
