- Represents the Company in a professional and affirmative manner
- Maintains extensive knowledge on Megaworld's product line
- Provides utmost customer satisfaction to all visiting clients and their representatives if necessary
- Evaluates training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, texts and handouts.
- Coordinate, schedule and conduct business and technical training to new hirees.
- Organize and develop or obtain training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
- Monitor training costs to ensure the budget is not exceeded and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
- Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and supervisors or conducting surveys.
- Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate. Amend and revise materials as necessary in order to adapt to changes that occur.
- Facilitate the execution of all training plans.
- Evaluates training effectiveness.
- Performs the duties and responsibilities of the Account Specialist prior to the actual endorsement to Training & Bank Relations Group.
- Performs the duties and responsibilities of the Training Assistant as needed or when imposed by higher management.
- Provides positive output and good results for assigned tasks given by the Office of the COO on time or before thedeadline
- Prepares and executes events such as Corporate Planning, Team Building. Christmas Party etc.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Frontliner material.
- With at least one-year experience in recruitment and training.
- Can adapt to the culture different to that of the usual HR functions.
- Very good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Applicant must NOT come from the Real Estate Industry.
