Job Description
Customer Relation Services
· Oversees sending of welcome letters/kit to clients
· Oversees monthly customer satisfaction survey call logs
· Consults with training and recruitment section for mishandling of clients
· Answers all clients inquiries on both mobile and email
· Checks if queuing are properly monitored (sales groups)
· Monitors all requests on CTBS and its notarization that were requested/ forwarded to the documentation department
· Monitors all requirements on layout and dimension that were requested to project integration department
· Assists irate clients and brokers on their concerns
· Coordinates with AMD regarding all client concerns
Commission Processing
· Monitors all requested and qualified agents for commission processing
· Supervises queries of property consultants regarding remarks from Payables, Reviews and Verification Department
· Oversees all requests that are qualified for PDC and other incentives
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree;
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette (Required language(s): English, Filipino);
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Work experience from Megaworld Corporation and Global Estate Resorts Inc. is an advantage
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
