Job Description

1. Assists the HR Officer in all facets of Human Resources:

  • Sourcing applicants through resume review and assessment in order to ensure timely replacement of and/or additional manpower requests.
  • Coordinates with site employees processing of all company-mandated and statutory benefits in order to ensure timely implementation.
  • Administers disciplinary actions at the BP sites in order to ensure timely resolution of all administrative cases.
  • Coordinates all training related activities of the BP sites in order to provide our employees with quality training programs.

2. Ensures all feedback and concerns from employees are given to the appropriate HR personnel at the Head Office in a timely manner in order to resolve issues promptly.

3. Attends regular meetings and represents HR at the BP sites in order to determine HR-related concerns of employees.

4. Ensures all HR policies, procedures and processes are properly communicated and implemented at the BP sites to ensure consistent implementation.

5. Assists the Admin Officer in providing and managing the daily administrative requirements of assigned Batching Plants such as operational permits, facilities, and office supplies management, communication, petty cash, security, janitorial, messengerial and IT services. Provides assistance to the different departments in maintaining and organizing company records.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Admin/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to perform field works and activities if needed
  • Applicants must be willing to handle General Administration.
  • Full-time position(s) available.
