Job Description
- PRODUCTION PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
- Supervises and coordinates with Dispatcher and Field Engineers for concrete schedule and pouring activities to ensure timely delivery at the job site.
- Together with the Dispatcher, decides on the interval of Truck Mixer to minimize waiting time at site.
- Checks and informs Dispatcher/Production Planner the status of the next day Project Plan in order to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Suggests the best delivery route based on daily traffic condition and delivery time in order to ensure timely pouring of RMC
- Prepares Site Inspection Checklist to be confirmed by Field Engineer prior to pouring in order to ensure proper documentation.
- Conducts site inspection of new project in order to prepare truck route, unloading area and identifies the required permits of the site.
- PRODUCT QUALITY AND QUANTITY
- Applies correct concrete adjustments as approved by QAQC in order to uphold and preserve the quality of product and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Performs regular site visit in order to identify or assess the condition and address complaints regarding supply and quality of concrete.
- In the absence of a Field Technician, assists in conducting concrete sampling and other quality control measures in order to monitor product standard specifications.
- Implements company policies on concrete pouring to meet target turn-around time, ensure product quality and maximize usage of equipment.
- Recommends to Production Manager or BP Supervisor to lessen / control concrete production from project sites in order to minimize return of excess concrete. Monitors Excess concrete on all deliveries and tabulates reasons for this issue to identify the most common causes in order to prepare an action plan to prevent them.
- RESOURCE OPTIMIZATION AND CONTROL
- Identifies and recommends areas where the company can achieve a lower operating cost using appropriate measures of intervention.
- SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (SHE)
- Implements safety practice procedure for Truck Mixer concrete delivery and pump pouring in order to ensure continuity of service.
- Ensures safe accessibility, delivery, unloading and cleaning of Truck Mixers in order to ensure upkeep of company assets.
- Prepares timely Incident/Accident Report and other challenges encountered at the site in order to address these challenges appropriately. Prepares a monthly report of all Incident/Accident Reports to identify the most common challenges and prepare action plan to prevent them.
- Reports to immediate superior/Safety Officer any unsafe acts, working condition, and/or work procedures for resolution.
- Complies with SHE practices and standards in order to ensure safety of every employee.
- GOOD HOUSEKEEPING
- Observes good housekeeping practices in order to maintain upkeep of office/site facility.
- DATA INTEGRITY AND MANAGEMENT
- Ensures all administrative records and archives are monitored in order to maintain data integrity.
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL)
- Builds and maintains harmonious relationship across all levels and with our business partners.
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Supports the implementation and monitors execution of process improvement initiatives in order to ensure success of the program.
- OTHER RESPONSIBILITY
- Prepares reports such as Site Inspection and Cancellation Form and RMC Deliver Receipt regarding concrete pouring activity in order to ensure proper documentation and serves as basis for billing to our clients.
- Performs other tasks given by management officials as the need arises.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or any related courses.
- Applicants must be willing to work / assign in Taguig.
