Job Description
Interns that will be assigned in HR Department will be given a chance to have training in the diiferent HR facets:
RECRUITMENT
- Assists in initial interviews and psychogical assessments of the applicants.
- Provides clerical and administrative support needed by the Recruiters.
- Helps in hiring report and monitoring.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Provide assistance in different trainings and orientation conducted by the Training Team.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Will have an opportunity to learn how to handle different employee needs and concerns.
- Assists in different employee programs that are scheduled throughout the year.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduating student taking up Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, or any related courses.
- Must be trainable and eager to learn.
- With strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be amenable to work in Quezon City
