Job Description
-
Supervises the daily activities of all the Inventory Control Personnel assigned at the different batching plant sites in order to ensure alignment to the achievement of corporate goals and objectives.

Monitors the adequate levels of material and/or product inventories in order to ensure availability of all needed inventories at all times.

Evaluates inventory needs and implements new strategies to meet the requirements of the customers.

Facilitates the development of processes and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business related Inventory Management, Accounting, and Logistics.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 years and up experienced employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
