Job Description
- Creates, negotiates and closes commercial agreements.
- Promotes and educates internally and externally new technologies and innovations.
- Develops value added solutions to the ready-mix concrete market.
- Identifies and expands concrete applications in untapped markets.
- Learns new industry products and techniques.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree iin Business, Engineering, Material Science or Construction related discipline
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in contruction industry and experience in Sales/Marketing role
- Capable of working with customers and developing business models for success
- Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
