Job Description
- Develops implements and manages quality control processes of Megawide Batching Plants to ensure continuous production of high quality ready mixed concrete in the safest and most efficient manner possible within the established standards, customer specifications and production targets.
- Designs and implements concrete mixes to ensure that customer needs and specification requirements are met with the optimal combination of materials.
- Collaborates with the operations and suppliers to ensure that all team members are prepared to play a role in delivering consistent and quality concrete
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in any field. Engineering preferred.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Ready Mix)
- With extensive knowledge of aggregate, cement and admixture products and respective test standards and the ability to perform/analyze product testing/results.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Has the ability to read and understand technical plans and specifications
- Must be safety-minded, team-oriented and customer-focused
- Must be keen on details and technically oriented individual.
