Job Description
- Responsible for providing overall support to hiring and selection, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations, training and organizational development and general administration to the different Batching Plant sites and location.
- Handles all facets of HR including General Administration.
- Performs field works and activities if needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
