1. Provides logistical support to HR and Admin department whenever necessary.
2. Checks vehicle condition (oil, water, electrical, tire pressure, etc.) before leaving the vicinity.
3. Performs minor repair and other allowed troubleshooting and tire replacement when needed.
4. Conducts regular cleaning of the assigned vehicle.
5. Submits reports for damages and defects found during the inspection as soon as possible.
6. Assists in the timely renewal of government-related permits and other government transactions.
7. Ensures that all documents transmitted are properly recorded and with attached transmittal form in order to ensure completeness of transaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, any field.
- At least 1 year (s) working in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City and other sites of Batching Plant.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee.
