Job Description
- Assists in preparing the request to be estimated by gathering proposals or request for costing plans (floor plans and elevations) and related documents
- Identifies labor, material and time requirements by studying proposals, plans and related documents
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
- Maintain cost data by entering and backing up data
- Provide assistance in all facets of entire operations of facilities and maintenance department
- Assist the immediate superior in the bidding and execution of civil works of on-going and proposed project
- Assist and coordinate with facilities and maintenance team in performing their assigned responsibilities efficiently. Coordinate conflict with the design and/or actual work
- Assist in the review project bids or proposals / plans and recommend any corrections if needed
- Assist immediate superior in project execution and delivery within approved timeline and budget
Minimum Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate: Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Daily tasks include daily accomplishment of the project, FMD reports and plant monitoring
- Proficient in CAD Application and MS Office
- Willing to work on Saturdays
