Job Description
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations according to its prescribed standard operating procedures.
- Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation and other delivery
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Communicate with employees about performance expectations
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology/machines to use in producing metal tin cans.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related to Cannery Operations
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of responsibility and resourcefulness
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Has good communication skills, both oral and written
