Job Description
- Stock safekeeping and inventory monitoring
- Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures
- Communicate regularly with other managers, vice president, president, and other designated contacts within the organization
- Perform Department Management tasks including managing the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department, planning, implementing systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management
- Fast Learner, Flexible and with strong leadership skills
- With pleasing personality and must be customer service oriented
- Preferably, with background in managing retail store operations and management of staffs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
