Job Description
- To manage all HR functions of Manila based offices
- To manage admin functions to ensure that all facilities, and assets of the company are secured and managed based on standards
- To manage HR Team Manila to ensure that all Departments are aligned to the Corporate People Programs
- To ensure quality employees grow internally and deliver quality output
- To develop effective recruitment strategies in order to attract the best and most suitable applicants for the various positions available
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Psychology, OD, Social Psychology, or Organizational Psychology
- Experience at HR may help but not a requirement
- Must be at least top 5 of graduating class from UP, Ateneo, La Salle, UST, UA&P
